PI Buffer Subsystem

PI Buffer Subsystem is a mechanism for buffering data to the PI Server or PI Collective. It can buffer larger amounts of data and is less taxing on the PI Server than BufServ since compression is done on the interface computer, rather than the PI Server itself.
